Is the Dividend for FY 2011-12 declared? if not when will it be declared?

Buying this fund does not seem to pay ultimately as dividend declared is hardly anywhere near even 8/9 percent. And moreover occasion never arises to get rid of it by selling even at the cost price.
Any helpful comment ?
