I purchased 500 units of uti infrastructure advantage fund series-1 growth plan on 18th December 2007 investing 5000=00 and on 11/10/2012 these units were transferred to uti infrastructure fund-growth plan automatic folio no-547211596015 application no-3466847. now my query is how to redeem and what will be the redemption value?

I have invested Rs 25000/- about 3 years back there is continuous deterioration in the NAV but no body from UTI is bothered to contact their customer to advise as what strategy to be adopted or should the investor redeem his investment .
Is there any customer care cell in uti and what is their function?

Myself Paresh Chandra Sadhukhan had purchased UTI Infrastructure Fund on 23/01/2008 at a price of Rs. 10, number of unit 3100 amounting to Rs. 31000.

In this connection, although the sensex is doing well currently, the value of this fund is decreasing. Please suggest the reason thereof and advise if I should sell off the fund held by me.
